Specialist independent provider of 24 hour supported accommodation and services for children

A heart in our homes.

We provide high quality accommodation and bespoke care packages to meet the needs of our young people in a holistic manner. We make a difference to the lives of young people in care, helping them to reach their potential and transition into adulthood.

Their future begins at home.

Project Home offers an alternative way to work with young people so they are engaged in their futures and will be offered traineeships and full time work as part of their journey.

Pathways that change lives.

We work with children who often fail in their placements or are the most challenging. Our ethos is not to give up on these children and work through any challenges we will inevitably face together, providing stability throughout their transition from Children’s care to semi-independence until they are ready for an independent life.

Residential Care Provision for Children age 11 to 16 years.

Project Home will provide high quality support and accommodation for Children aged 11 to 16 years of age. We will carry out a thorough assessment with the Child and their circle of support to ensure that we can support the child, fully enabling them to reach their aims and outcomes as agreed with the funding authority and the child themselves. This ensures that the child reaches their outcomes with a positive and holistic approach in everything we do.

We offer a new and innovative approach to working with complex children, with high quality accommodation that will support 4 children and will include leisure and activity space to ensure our children are active and engaged. Our residential care provision will offer a homely and nurturing environment where our staff will be trained and coached to deliver exceptional care and support to our children.

We also work with our partnering teams to keep our children engaged in education and a healthy lifestyle. This is formed initially in an alternative provision before entering mainstream education which will be our priority for our children.

Supported Living for children 16 to 24 years of age transitioning into Adulthood.
(Move on accommodation).

Project Home will provide move on accommodation for transition from childhood to adulthood, we will have a seamless service where the staff team will continue to work with the child during this transition period and into adulthood.

During this phase, we will work with our young people to engage in further education, employment and training such as apprenticeships as a priority. We will work tirelessly with our young people to engage in a life-skills programme so they are able to move towards independence into adulthood. Where possible we will offer our young people the opportunity for an apprenticeship within our organisation or partner organisations.

Move on accommodation will provide high quality accommodation that will respect the privacy of our young people, there will be a lower staffing ratio, reduced costs for commissioners and the ethos of transitioning into adulthood whilst still being safe and secure.
